Story: SAM BATTLE is injured during his tour of duty in the Gulf War. He loses an eye and is near death. His good friend, BRANDON STORM, who is a scientist, injects him with a secret serum that he has been developing that will save his life. The side effects are unknown. Sam returns home. His father has recently passed away. It is a struggle to come home after being in the war. Sam soon learns that the town is being overrun with Neo-Nazis. He teams up with Brandon's sister, Jane, who is a news reporter. Soon, Sam learns of the side effects to Brandon's serum. He has gained super human strength and agility. Brandon is kidnapped by the Neo Nazi's leader, THE NECROMANCER, a blonde Aryan sorceress. He is forced to help raise the cloned body of HEINRICH HIMMLER from the dead. This is possibly the worst movie I have ever seen. The trouble is,where to begin....
I suppose the start of the movie is a good place for me to tear intothe many, or should I say countless flaws of this movie.
Well, it starts out with a "high speed pursuit on dirt roads" that inreality is cars going 10 mph, over a field, with BADLY(I could makemore realistic flames with MS Paint) made computer animated muzzleflashes coming out of pistols and assault rifles. Next up is a"bazooka" like device that you could actually see straight throughbefore it fired, topping it off with an explosion that basically is acar, with badly made computer animated flames superimposed over it.
My opinion on the opening credits that follow this awful "intro" is asfollowing: The best part of the entire movie could be the cartoon partin the opening credits.
The rest of the movie follows the example made in the intro...
Bad camera editing, bad acting, bad lighting conditions, bad sound, bad"special effect", I say special, but they are hardly special, turningon the sepia and negative mode on a camera can hardly be defined asspecial? Can they? At best, this movie has "effects".
Bad makeup, painting a guy red in the face with food coloring isn'treally makeup is it ?
Do NOT get me started on plot, plot holes, storyline and so on, becausethere is none, If I hadn't previously Streaminged Captain America, I wouldbe lost on several occasions, because this movie assumes that you knowa lot of things up front.
Basically if you value your sanity, stay clear. The only reason forStreaminging this is to be able to say, "That movie sucked almost as bad asCaptain Battle: Legacy War" later in life.....
In conclusion: Arnold Schwarzenegger's, "Hercules in New York" from1969 is a masterpiece compared to this..

SFX: -4 Soundtrack: 0 Actors: 2 Camera: 0 (the first scenes alreadyshow 50% grass-close-ups) Men's Outfits: 3 Women's Outfits: 6 (titsyay, but srsly porno Nazi queen?) Plot: 3 (They revive Himmler and hehas a red face!?! And then they want to revive Hitler) requisites: -2(plastic guns, Nazis drive Honda Element) ending: N/A (the movie juststops instead of a showdown)
Overall I would say it was a waste of time to Streaming this piece ofcrap--- I wouldn't even call it movie because it misses significantcharacteristics of movies (for example an ending). The best part is thescene in the strip club, which isn't good but still worse than othermovies. And why the hell does he have an eye patch? He doesn't evenhave any superpowers...? Even the normal Nazis beat the crap out ofhim... yes, those with swastikas-"tattoos" painted on their skin withEdding.

This movie has a lower IMDb rating that 'The Hottie & the Nottie'starring the awful Paris Hilton. Need I say more!? OK, the entire movielooks like it was shot by a ten year old who has stolen his father'scamcorder. The 'effects' (if you can call them that) were done bysomeone who has only just began learning the very basics of AfterEffects and the script was written by a complete moron! How theseso-called 'movies' ever get the money to be produced is completelybeyond any reasonable comprehension. When you hear about very talentedfilmmakers and struggling directors desperately trying to make theirway in the business, then seeing utter junk like this, you wonder whatkind of twisted logic exists in the movie industry.
Avoid, at ALL costs. Do NOT pay to Streaming this movie. In fact, don'teven bother wasting your bandwidth to download a pirated version.
